  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-Generated Content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating AI-Generated Content before using it

9. Subscription and Payments

Some aspects of the Service may be provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

We may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

10. Termination

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content, including AI-Generated Content, will be accurate, reliable, complete, or appropriate for your needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Chatbot Adult, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Chatbot Adult and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service, including any User Content submitted by you.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Service shall be instituted in the federal courts of the United States. You and AI Chatbot Adult agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
